My Story
Meet Jake. He made the move to Vancouver Island in 2016, drawn by a passion for football and a desire to be part of a strong, connected community. As a standout quarterback for the Vancouver Island Raiders, Jake built a foundation rooted in leadership, communication, and resilience — all qualities that now shape his approach to real estate.
Jake began his sales career in 2019 and became a licensed realtor in 2022. Since then, he's focused on helping clients navigate the real estate process with honesty, clarity, and a relationship-first mindset. He believes real estate is about more than just buying or selling — it's about building trust and finding the right fit for each person and family.

Outside of real estate, Jake gives back by coaching and mentoring young football players, sharing the same lessons that helped shape his own path. When he's not working or on the field, you'll find him enjoying Island life with his wife, daughter, and their dog Molson — whether it's beach walks, backyard football, or making the most of a quiet Sunday together.
